BANGKOK, October 6, 2026.

Gulf Labs has begun operating a validator on Injective as part of its work to invest in and build blockchain infrastructure. The validator is live, supporting transaction validation, network security, and participation in onchain governance.

For Gulf Labs, investment and infrastructure are complementary parts of its work in digital assets. Alongside identifying and supporting emerging technologies, the company participates in the networks on which new applications are built. The Injective validator puts this approach into practice through an ongoing operational role.

“This collaboration reflects Gulf Labs' vision to build a strong foundation for Web3 infrastructure. We remain focused on transforming next-generation technologies into practical, large-scale applications,” said Dr. Korn Poosiriwong, Head of AI Business, Gulf Edge and Director of Gulf Labs.

Injective is purpose-built for finance, with infrastructure supporting tokenization, stablecoins, and other onchain applications. These capabilities are relevant to areas Gulf Labs is exploring through its investment and research activities.

With validator operations established, the two teams will explore potential collaboration around tokenization and stablecoins, including discussions with relevant local institutions. The aim is to identify use cases where blockchain capabilities can address specific business needs, with individual initiatives to be developed as opportunities take shape.

“Thailand already has the financial institutions, digital-asset market, consumer connectivity, and infrastructure needed to become a major center for onchain finance,” said Sireethorn Vorasuthika, Director of Gulf Labs. “What has been missing is a way to bring those capabilities together. Our validator gives Gulf Labs a direct role in the Injective network, while the wider collaboration allows us to work on institutional products, market access, education, and infrastructure as part of the same strategy.”

Education and community engagement may form part of that work, with potential activities spanning university networks, roadshows, and events in Thailand. Gulf Labs may also help connect projects in the Injective ecosystem with relevant partners for discussions around data center capacity, AI compute, and related digital infrastructure.

“Gulf Labs is already operating an Injective validator, so this collaboration begins with live network participation. From that base, we can work with Thai institutions on tokenization and stablecoins, bring education to users across the country, and support companies that want to build and operate in Thailand,” said Mirza Uddin, COO of Injective.
